Flex with full Zend Framework on Adobe Developer Connection

One question. I am using the Flexbuilder standalone product. When I try to install the Eclipse PHP plugin I get “Requested operation cannot be performed because it would invalidate the current configuration. See details for more information.
Zend Debugger Feature (5.2.15.v20081217) requires feature ‘org.eclipse.php_feature (1.0.2)’, or equivalent.”
I’ve Googled this but have not come up with a good workaround. Is this a known issue with the standalone
tool? Do you know of a workaround?
